I’d just to say thank you very much for your excellent service. I find it a very rare thing here in NZ and those that provide it should at the very least be thanked for it. The gentleman by the name Robert that came to re-treat the house was very friendly and professional all at the same time. He worked very quickly and efficiently and it was a pleasure to see somebody work that way whilst being so cheerful at the same time, even though he had to go into the dungeon which is our under-floor area. Robert really is a credit to your company. The treatment seems to have worked too as we’ve not seen any further activity since Robert left and we won’t hesitate to recommend your services to others in need.

Both Selena and Craig kept us informed and Craig has now been and cleared the trap and taken away the rat that was making its home in our roof. Much to my delight!

Hi Norman,

We had a visit from Craig today to deal with a rat problem we have.

I wanted to let you know, he was fantastic.

Craig was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous.

He came in fully prepared, scoped out the place really well, worked out where and how the rats were housing themselves, got into our ceiling and set the traps.

He also advised me on where to set our own traps out doors to keep our pets safe and to keep the rodents away long term.

I wanted to thank you for providing such a good service.

Hopefully no more rats come Monday!

 Can you please pass on my thanks to Bob who fumigated our apartment this morning.  I just wanted to show our appreciation as he was a extremely knowledgeable, experienced and most importantly friendly guy making your service very reassuring, especially when you think you are going crazy from bed bug bites.
